Santa went to the doctor's office, and said to the doctor:

"Doc, I seem to have got a mince pie stuck up my butt."

The doctor said, "How did you do that?"

Santa: "You don't want to know."

The doctor nodded, confused, and then told Santa:

"No worries, I've got some cream for that."
